![]() Tenant agrees to pay by check, EFT, cashier’s check, or certified funds, only. Landlord and its manager will not accept cash payments. Rent is due, and must be received by Landlord, by the first day of every month, at address specified by Landlord. If Landlord transfers its interest in the Premises, Landlord may assign the Security Deposit to the transferee and thereafter shall have no further liability for the Security Deposit. If Tenant is not in default hereunder, any remaining balance of the Security Deposit shall be returned to Tenant upon termination of this Lease. Following any application of the Security Deposit, Tenant shall, on demand, restore the Security Deposit to its original amount.
